Makenzie seeks to support clients as they discover and build on the strengths they already possess while encouraging growth, self-awareness, and resilience.
She provides a warm, supportive, and judgment-free environment where clients can process emotions, problem-solve, and work collaboratively toward personal wellness and healing. Makenzie’s experience includes working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and life transitions.
Makenzie utilizes therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Art Therapy, and Play Therapy to support the healing process and tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals.
