What are your hours?

Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We offer a range of appointment times throughout the day to help accommodate your schedule!

Yes, we offer secure virtual counseling sessions for individuals who prefer or require remote support. Virtual appointments are conducted through a confidential, HIPAA-compliant platform, making it easy and safe to connect from the comfort of your home.

How soon can I get an appointment?

We do our best to offer timely availability, and in many cases, new clients can be seen as early as the following week. Appointment times may vary depending on your counselor’s schedule, but we’ll work with you to find the soonest option that fits your needs.
