Leah Smith, LMSW

Therapist

Leah is a compassionate and client-centered therapist who creates a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where individuals of all ages can explore their thoughts and emotions. She believes healing begins with connection — both to oneself and others — and encourages clients to trust their inner voice throughout the therapeutic journey.

Leah specializes in supporting individuals processing trauma, including childhood abuse, domestic violence, sexual assault, and grief. She also works with clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, family dynamics, and major life transitions. Her approach is integrative and tailored to each client, drawing from CBT, Art and Play Therapy, Strengths-Based Practices, Family Systems, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.

Leah works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. In addition to her clinical work, she serves as an elementary school social worker, supporting neurodiverse students and their families through behavioral support, self-esteem building, and self-regulation strategies.

Leah takes a holistic approach to therapy, integrating mind, body, spirit, and environment throughout the healing process.
