Makenzie believes that we as people were created for growth and for connection. There is health and healing for those who want to work through trauma and loss.  Makenzie seeks to support you as you discover and build on the strengths you already have.  She provides a warm, judgment-free environment for her clients to process, problem-solve, and partake in a collaborative effort toward the wellness of self. Makenzie's experience includes working with those who are dealing with anxiety, depression, loss, and trauma. She utilizes therapy approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral, Art, and Play Therapy to help aid the therapy process.
