Therapist

Now practicing at our Ypsilanti location.

Lydia believes therapy should be driven by the individual. She works to empower individuals to create the change they want to see in their lives and promote healing, and acceptance of themselves. Lydia believes the most important indicator of success is a trusting and supportive relationship with the therapist. She sees her role in the therapeutic process as to guiding her clients towards their highest potential, while also collaborating with them in every aspect of their work. Because everyone has unique strengths and barriers, Lydia's therapy style is open, flexible, and tailored to meet the specific goals of each client.  She sees clients with a variety of common mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and relationship issues. However, she specializes in domestic and sexual abuse.
